Here at Belvedere Farmstead, our mission is three-fold:
- To nourish the soil by implementing regenerative agricultural principles (like multi-species intensive rotational grazing & cover crops)
- To raise nutrient-dense food to help the folks in our local community feed their families the very best (raw milk, grass-fed beef & lamb, heritage pork, pastured eggs & poultry, etc.)
- To teach old-fashioned skills like homesteading, gardening, keeping a family cow, canning, butchering, from-scratch cooking, home dairy, & more.
